36 dead, Evacuation accelerated.

Reportedly 36 died and 11,000 evacuated due to the massive fire outbreak in Lahaina, Maui burning the historic town of Hawaii.

A deadly wild fire broke out on Maui islands on Tuesday. The main reason behind are the adverse weather conditions and strong winds.

The wild fire spontaneously extended to the residential areas as the winds gale with the speed of 60 mph.

Lahaina, the island's main tourist destination, was totally devastated by the wild fire results in 36 deaths. Many people were forced to jump into the water to save themselves.

11,000 people have been forced to evacuate their homes, with some people still unaccounted for. A state of emergency has been declared.

Approximately 271 structures were damaged or destroyed. “It’s like an area was bombed. It’s like a war zone.” said Richard Olsten, helicopter pilot.
